Who we are

ClientSnap (“we”, “us”) provides AI ordering and customer-retention software for restaurants. This policy explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.

1. What we collect

When you book a demo, we collect only what you type into the form:

Your name, restaurant name, email address and phone/WhatsApp number.
Your answers to the qualifying questions (decision-making role, current priority, which delivery apps you use) and any notes you add.
Your chosen date, time and your browser’s timezone, so we schedule the meeting correctly.
The messages you send to our website chat assistant, so we can answer you, help you book a demo, and improve our support.
If you share your details on our networking card (for example after meeting us at an event), your name, company and WhatsApp number, so we can follow up with you.

We do not ask for payment details on this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

2. Cookies and analytics

We store your language choice (English or Arabic) in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it. That never leaves your device and is not used to identify you.

If advertising measurement is enabled, we may use Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to understand which ads lead to demo bookings. These set cookies and share a page-view or booking event with those providers. You can opt out using your browser’s cookie controls or an ad blocker.

We also keep a simple visit count on our own server: the page you viewed, the site that referred you, your language and whether you're on mobile or desktop. This uses no cookies, is never shared, and your IP address is turned into an anonymous code (hashed) so it cannot be traced back to you.

3. How we use your information

To schedule, confirm and run your demo, and to send you the meeting link.
To tailor the demo to your restaurant using the answers you gave.
To follow up about ClientSnap by email or WhatsApp. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed below.

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of providers to run the booking and our email. They only process your data to provide their service to us:

Calendly — scheduling and calendar invites.
Google — Google Meet links and calendar invites.
Titan Email — our business email.
Namecheap — website hosting.
Anthropic — powers our website chat assistant (processes your chat messages to generate replies).
Meta and Google — only if advertising measurement is enabled (see section 2).

5. How long we keep it

We keep demo enquiries for up to 24 months so we can follow up and keep our own records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

6. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@clientsnap.ai and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Security and international transfers

We use reputable providers and HTTPS across this site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information. Our providers may store data outside your country, including in the United States.

8. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
